How to Reorder, Rotate and Delete PDF Pages

Most PDF cleanup is the same job wearing different names: the pages are all present, but not as the document should be. The Organize PDF tool exists so you fix everything in one pass instead of running three tools in sequence.

Reorder: sort the stack, not the file

Every page arrives as a card, and the document is exactly the card order. Drag a page to a new position and the change is previewed live — no “apply” in between, no guessing. Scanning a booklet front and back tends to shuffle pages; dragging them back into reading order takes seconds, and the underlying page content is never re-rendered.

Rotate: fix the sideways sheets

A page that came off the feeder in landscape usually holds its true orientation in the content, not the file. Turn the card until it reads upright — the rotation is written into the PDF itself, so it holds in every viewer, in prints, and when the document is later merged with others. If only some pages are sideways, turn only those cards; the scope buttons cover “all pages”, “only odd” and “only even” for the uniform cases.

Delete: remove without risk

Click a page you don't need and remove it — the change lands on the copy you save, never on your upload. That distinction matters: if a page turns out to be important later, upload the original again and it is all still there. When you only want a few pages out of many, Extract Pages is the faster route — select what to keep instead of what to drop.

Insert: blanks with a purpose

Printed sets sometimes need a deliberately empty page — a blank before a new chapter so it starts on an odd sheet, or a spacer between scanned sections. Blanks can be inserted at any position from the same screen, so the whole rebuild stays one operation.

Check, then save

Because everything is previewed live, the review pass IS the work: flick through the rebuilt document, fix what still looks wrong, then save. The output keeps every page's original quality — reorganizing moves pages, it never re-encodes them.
